Primarily programming in ASP.Net (C#), DMflex requires a full time web developer to work on our flagship CMS product "WebGen", as well as supporting the services and products offered into our blue chip client portfolio. The candidate will have practical experience and a passion for creating innovative websites using .Net and JavaScript.

• Responsible to: Head of Project Delivery
• Internal relationships: Project Manager, Development Team
• External relationships: 3rd Party development teams
• Location: Anywhere, requirement to be able to meet in City of London Offices
• Start date: Immediate
• Salary: Negotiable on experience

About the Role

An excellent understanding and experience of the following technologies is essential:

• Microsoft .Net (C# & VB)
• JavaScript, AJAX & jQuery
• MS SQL Server
• XHTML & CSS
• Adobe Photoshop

Additional skills required:

• Understanding of user experience design and testing
• Understanding of web accessibility, standards compliance, and cross platform compatibility
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a teamCommercial awareness
• Creative thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good copywriting skills

The following would be an advantage:

• Understanding and experience of Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience in developing for mobile web browsers and applications
• Experience working with Agile Methodology (SCRUM)Microsoft Certification in .Net development
• Experience with Adobe Flash
• Experience of web server technologies such as IIS
• Understanding of online video delivery
• Understanding of the ICT and Telecoms industry
